PO26-301 Binder Clips and Paper Clips

The State of Illinois has awarded a competitive sealed bidding contract (Reference Number 24-416CMS-BOSS4-P-59654) to Logsdon Stationers, Inc. through Procurement418. The contract, valued at $633, covers the procurement of various binder and paper clips, with a performance period from October 28, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The line items include six distinct clip types: large (2"), medium (1.25"), small (3/4"), mini (1/4") binder clips, and two paper clip varieties (#1 and jumbo), all specified as "3PS" (likely indicating a three-pack or standard packaging).

The contract appears to be a standard office supply procurement for Illinois state government, with Logsdon Stationers, Inc. selected as the prime contractor through a competitive sealed bidding process. The relatively low contract value suggests this may be a specific requisition or part of a broader supply agreement. The detailed specification of clip sizes indicates a precise requirement for various administrative and organizational needs within the state's procurement framework.
