SP Illinois Bike Maps D4, 5, 7 and 9

Classic Color Inc (V00041209) was awarded an Open Market Small Purchase contract by the Illinois Department of Finance & Administration (FINADMIN494) on June 29, 2026, with a contract completion date of August 15, 2026. The total contract value is $12,082.31. The prime contractor is obligated to deliver printing services consisting of 8,000 total folded copies distributed across four Illinois School Districts: 2,000 copies each for Districts 4, 5, 7, and 9. The specific subject matter and intended use of the printed materials are not detailed in the available contract documentation.

The contract represents a standard small purchase procurement mechanism within the State of Illinois and specifies a performance period of approximately six weeks. As an Open Market Small Purchase award, the procurement methodology indicates a streamlined acquisition process typical for lower-value purchases. The line item documentation references three-part self-carbonating forms (3PS) as the delivery method, suggesting the printed materials were shipped to the designated school districts during the contract performance window.
