About this IDV

This Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) was awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District to provide horizontal construction services in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Border Patrol sectors along the U.S.-Mexico border. The $5 billion multiple-award task order contract (MATOC) will deliver a variety of design-build and design-bid-build projects such as fencing, roads, drainage, and other infrastructure improvements over a 5-year base period. Up to 10 prime contractors, including 5 unrestricted and 5 small business set-aside awards, will compete for firm-fixed-price task orders with a $25 million minimum for unrestricted and $2,000 minimum for small business contracts. The first task order under this IDIQ, awarded to the Walga Ross Group JV, provided $2,000 in minimum guarantee construction services in Rio Grande City, Texas. This contract supports the USACE Southwestern Division and DHS Border Patrol sectors in the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Del Rio, Big Bend, and El Paso regions along the southern border.
