About this IDV
Oregon Health & Science University has been awarded an indefinite delivery contract to support the Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results Program managed by the National Cancer Institute within the National Institutes of Health. The single award IDC has a potential value of $500 million with an ordering period through April 2028.
Under the first task order issued against the IDC, Ohsu will provide $1,000 of programmatic meeting support services. Performance will take place in Portland, Oregon through August 2021. The originating solicitation sought proposals to expand population-based cancer registries collecting and reporting cancer incidence, treatment and survival data for the SEER Program. Evaluated criteria included commitment to the SEER*DMS data management system and legally defined data collection areas. Anticipated eight-year awards under multiple IDIQ contracts valued between $1,000 to $500 million did not utilize set asides.
The IDC and initial task order continue the SEER Program's work gathering comprehensive cancer statistics to support research, prevention and treatment. Ohsu will aid data collection efforts through meeting facilitation.
