About this IDV

The National Cemetery Administration established a Blanket Purchase Agreement with Bravo, Inc., a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, on June 1, 2026, with a $5 million ceiling through May 31, 2031. This BPA is an administrative reissuance that replaces BPA 36C78626A50126 due to contract writing system issues and incorporates the DEI clause (FAR 52.222-90).

The BPA supplies grounds maintenance equipment and cemetery operations machinery to National Cemetery Administration locations across the Pacific, Continental, and Midwest Districts nationwide. Bravo, Inc. is authorized to supply equipment from commercial manufacturers including Caterpillar, John Deere, Bobcat, JLG, Vermeer, Polaris, Toro, Ditch Witch, and Case. The BPA base period is 12 months with four optional 12-month renewal periods. Equipment deliveries are anticipated within 120 days after receipt of order unless otherwise specified. All equipment must be new with full manufacturer warranty unless approved as refurbished, and must comply with OSHA and applicable emissions standards including CARB/Tier 4 in California.

Since award, five BPA calls have been issued under this vehicle. On July 1, 2026, four calls totaling $1.085 million were issued for equipment deliveries to San Antonio, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; and Elgin, Oklahoma, each with completion by June 30, 2027. On September 1, 2026, a $209.3 thousand call for aerators, blowers, snowblowers, Toro equipment, and Genie lifts was issued for delivery to Fayetteville, Arkansas by August 31, 2027. All calls are set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses under firm fixed pricing.
