Multnomah County will utilize these funds to support activities addressing homelessness in the Portland, Oregon area. Under the award, Multnomah County may deploy funding across five eligible program components: permanent housing (including permanent supportive housing for persons with disabilities and rapid rehousing), transitional housing, supportive services only, Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS), and homelessness prevention activities.
