The Department of Housing and Urban Development's Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development awarded Covenant House New Jersey, Inc. $225,603 under the Continuum of Care Program on February 1, 2026. Eligible uses include permanent housing (including permanent supportive housing for persons with disabilities and rapid rehousing), transitional housing, supportive services only, homeless management information systems, and in some cases homelessness prevention, along with planning activities, fiscal control and accounting, real property acquisition, rehabilitation, new construction, and equipment costs.
