ITS GOALS ARE TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN THE TWIN COUNTY GEOGRAPHIC AREA REQUIRING PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITALIZATION; INCREASE ENGAGEMENT OF VULNERABLE POPULATIONS, INCLUDING AFRICAN AMERICAN, HISPANIC/LATINO, AND LGBTQIA+ IDENTIFYING INDIVIDUALS; AND SUSTAIN THE ARRAY OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN THE TWIN COUNTY REGION.
