EXCELLENCE AND SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF WILDLIFE BIOLOGISTS AND MANAGERS. PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: TWS WILL PROVIDE FWS WITH ACCESS TO OUR COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES TO ASSIST FWS IN KEEPING ITS STAFF WELL-INFORMED AND TRAINED, WHILE. ALSO HELPING THE AGENCY RECRUIT FROM BOTH THE PROFESSIONAL AND COLLEGIATE RANKS.
