This $348,648 Project Grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program (CFDA 14.267) supports the delivery of a range of products and services by Home Start, Incorporated to quickly house homeless individuals and families in the San Diego, CA area while minimizing trauma and promoting self-sufficiency.
