Motivation Education & Training Inc. The award supports comprehensive workforce development and supportive services designed to strengthen employment outcomes for eligible migrant and seasonal farmworkers (MSFWs) and their dependents in Texas. MET will deliver case management-based career services, occupational skills training leading to industry-recognized credentials, youth workforce development activities for participants aged 14-24, and related assistance services including allowance payments to help farmworkers retain agricultural employment or participate in training programs. In addition to employment and training services, MET will provide housing assistance to address critical safe and sanitary housing needs within farmworker communities. Housing services include direct emergency and temporary housing payments, as well as indirect assistance focused on increasing and maintaining available housing stock and developing improved living conditions in underserved farmworker communities. All services emphasize customer choice and individualized needs assessment.
