The University of Missouri System was awarded a $841,385 project grant from the National Science Foundation Office of Advanced Cyberinfrastructure to support research titled "COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH: FRAMEWORK IMPLEMENTATION: CSSI: CANDY: CYBERINFRASTRUCTURE FOR ACCELERATING INNOVATION IN NETWORK DYNAMICS." The grant is part of the NSF's Computer and Information Science and Engineering program (CFDA #47.070), which supports investigator-initiated research and education in computing, communications, and information science and engineering. Under this four-year award beginning September 1, 2021, the University of Missouri System will develop cyberinfrastructure to enable and accelerate discovery and innovation in network dynamics. Specifically, the University will implement a framework for modeling, simulation, and data analysis of networked systems using distributed computing resources. This work will support the NSF's strategic goal of advancing the development and use of cyberinfrastructure to power 21st century science and engineering.
