Three program-specific priority areas are addressed within the application expanding the use of mental health courts, using a validated risk assessment tool (oras), and demonstrate active participation of CO-applicants in program administration. The beneficiaries of this enhancement project will be ARC participants, ARC team members, van buren county justice system, and the local community.
