Rapid Sustainment Communication Support Services
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation ("synopsitation" hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for commercial communication services, as described under the attached Performance Work Statement entitled "Rapid Sustainment Office Communications Support Services, 8 April 2019". The synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quote that (1) conforms to the requirements of the synopsitation; (2) complies with the requirements of the attached performance work statement and additional information requested below 3) demonstrates the capability offered meets the agency's need (4) submits the quote that is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of quotes received and (2) whether quoted prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. In addition to responding to the attached Performance Work Statement, the contractor shall explain its experience working with start-up and non-traditional technology companies in the innovation and technology hubs (ie Silicon Valley, NYC, Boston), large businesses and other government agencies. Synopsitation Closing Date: Proposals must be received not later than 4:00 pm, Eastern Time, on 23 April 2019. Only Electronic Proposals will be accepted.
