THESE SERVICES SHALL INCLUDE: TASK #1 TOOL BENCHMARKING THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONDUCT BENCHMARKING FOR TWO (2) TEST CASES TO DEMONSTRATE HOW CASCOM COULD BE USED TO PERFORM A RANGE OF COST AND SCHEDULE ASSESSMENT IN PRE-PHASE A/PHASE A. UNDER THIS TASK THE CONTRACTOR SHALL: A. COORDINATE WITH THE NASA TECHNICAL POC TO IDENTIFY TWO (2) PAST NASA HISTORICAL MISSIONS FOR EVALUATION. TASK #2 TOOL UPDATE AND REFINEMENT THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURTHER REFINE CASCOM (VERSION 1.00) BASED ON DIRECTION FROM THE NASA TECHNICAL POC, INCLUDING MINOR UPDATES TO THE USER-INTERFACE, TOOL ALGORITHMS, AND IMPORT/EXPORT FUNCTIONALITY. SEER-H 2. PRICE TRUEPLANNING 3. PCEC 4. NICM 5. MS PROJECT B. REVISE AND REFINE CASCOMS USER-INTERFACE FUNCTIONALITY. C. PROVIDE AN UPDATED USER MANUAL WITH SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO INSTRUCT A USER ON HOW TO LOAD IN DATA, INDICATE WHAT ADDITIONAL SCHEDULE DATA IS REQUIRED, AND EXPLAIN HOW TO RUN THE TOOL. D. PROVIDE AN UPDATED DESIGN DOCUMENT WHICH OUTLINES THE OVERALL SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE AND CONVEYS SUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO ALLOW AN EXPERIENCED EXCEL/VBA DEVELOPER TO BEGIN FURTHER DEVELOPING THE TOOL. THE DOCUMENT SHOULD COVER ORGANIZATION AND METHODOLOGIES CONTAINED IN THE WORKSHEETS, AS WELL AS SUPPLEMENT THE COMMENTS IN THE VBA CODE WHERE NECESSARY. E. CONDUCT A VIRTUAL MEETING WITH SMAB AND OTHER APPLICABLE PERSONNEL AT LARC TO PRESENT A STATUS REPORT AND COLLECT FEEDBACK (6 WEEKS AFTER EFFECTIVE DATE OF TASK ORDER) F.
