This solicitation number will be N69450-12-R-7588 This acquisition will result in a competitively negotiated Combination Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) contract using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 15. The contract term will be a base period of one year and four one year option periods, for a total contract performance period not to exceed five years. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services clause. This acquisition is for Multi-Function Support Services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Orlando, FL. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The service includes; Facilities Support, Facility Investment (elevators), Pest Control Services, Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM), and Grounds Maintenance to support base operations at NSA Orlando, FL and other related services. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561210 and the annual small business size standard is $35.5M dollars. This service is currently supported tough contract N69450-08-D-1266, awarded in 2008 for various support services at NSA Orlando, FL. The contract expires 31 May 2013. Information about the current contract and the incumbent contractor (e.g., value of last option exercised, firm name, address, etc.) will be included in the solicitation package. The anticipated date of Request for Proposal (RFP) issuance is on or about 27 July 2012. The RFP will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.2, Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. The Government will only accept offers from SDVOSB concerns. The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures which require Offerors to submit a technical proposal, past performance and experience information, and a price proposal for evaluation by the Government.
