Added: Sep 16, 2016 5:24 pm The Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) - Cincinnati, Ohio, has a requirement for the "Cath Lab Access" project. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision and any other items required to complete project "Cath Lab Access", at the VAMC, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220, in accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions of the contract. Contractor shall provide labor and materials to add one (1) PIV card reader on a double door to the Cath Lab Suite, Room C216, located on the 2nd Floor in Building #1 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center - Cincinnati, Ohio. This acquisition will be solicited pursuant to the Veterans' First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The VA intends to issue the Request For Quotation (RFQ) for the Cath Lab Access project to tee (3) SDVOSB General Contractors. In accordance with Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 852.219-10(c) (4), the SDVOSB Contractor or SDVOSB Sub-Contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work on the project. Duration of the project should not exceed 90 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). **NOTE: Interested SDVOSB Offerors that are interested in submitting a proposal for the Cath Lab Access project should email Brian Kish for a copy of the solicitation at the following email address: brian.kish@va.gov. A one-time only site visit will be scheduled for Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 3200 Vine Street, Engineering Building, Building #3, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220. Attendees will meet in the Engineering Building beginning at 9:45 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) prior to the Site Visit. The Project Site will be available for inspection on this date. One Hundred and Twenty (120) day acceptance period will be required. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. Offerors must be listed in the VetBiz Registry Vendor Information Pages at www.vetbiz.gov, currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, Experian - BusinessIQ, to name a few, to be eligible for award. Offerors MUST ensure registration in these websites are accurate, complete and have not expired prior to bid opening date. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code assigned to this construction project is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million.
