Description

Other functions. The contractor shall provide all the necessary resources to prepare, deliver and administer the 2013 mid-level leader program (mllp) and subsequent cohorts still covered under the existing BPA. This time period would include a program for the 2014 and 2015 cohorts as well. The mllp is a 16-month long term leadership development program. Each new cohort will have approximately 25 participants, representing the NASA centers and headquarters. The office of human capital management (ohcm) recognizes the critical role of the NASA mid-level leader in accomplishing the agency s mission. This program provides significant leadership development for a diverse, agency-wide group of individuals who have high potential for assuming greater leadership responsibilities in formal management or program/project management roles. The overall objective within this program is to build leadership skills that participants can apply to their current positions and that will prepare them for future responsibility as well.
