About the company
Youth Eastside Services (YES) is a leading provider of youth and family behavioral health services in East King County. They offer mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, psychiatric services, and education and prevention programs for children, youth, and their families.
YES has received federal grant funding to provide integrated co-occurring treatment for youth and young adults ages 12-22 with substance use and mental disorders. This project, funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, aims to increase early identification and access to evidence-based treatment, engage youth in care, and provide individual/group therapies, recovery support, and psychiatric services. YES has also received sub-awards from the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction to collaborate with school districts and support student learning recovery and acceleration through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) III program under the American Rescue Plan Act. These grants enable YES to partner with schools to help students impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and provide services to address learning loss and support academic achievement.
