Science Centre Board

Science Centre Board (SCB), registered in SAM.gov as a foreign government entity with a focus on planning and governmental coordination, appears to be an organization dedicated to educational and scientific outreach programs. Although specific details about the organization's complete background are not provided, the federal grant awards suggest SCB is actively involved in creating educational experiences centered on space exploration, scientific development, and youth engagement in STEM fields. The organization is registered through July 5, 2025, and has demonstrated consistent capability in securing federal grant awards, particularly from civilian agencies.

SCB has received multiple federal grant awards from the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, focusing on space exploration and youth educational initiatives. The organization has been awarded three recent project grants, including a September 2024 grant to organize "Space Explorers: The Infinite Exhibition" highlighting United States space exploration history, a September 2023 grant for a Youth STEM Empowerment Program for students, and another September 2023 grant to organize space exploration workshops featuring former NASA astronaut Jeffrey Williams. These grants, all classified as Project Grants, indicate SCB specializes in designing and implementing educational programs that connect scientific knowledge, space exploration history, and youth engagement. The consistent involvement of the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs suggests SCB may have a particular focus on international educational exchange and scientific communication in the East Asian and Pacific regions.
