About the company

Coachella Valley Rescue Mission (CVRM) is a non-profit organization focused on facilitating the reconciliation of men and women to God, themselves, and society, particularly those in need of recovery due to loss of job, home, health, emotional, mental or spiritual support. CVRM has been registered as a corporate entity in SAM.gov since 2014 to receive federal grant awards as a domestic shelter and non-profit organization.

Through various federal grant sub-awards, CVRM has provided essential services to the homeless, underserved, and displaced individuals and families in the Coachella Valley region. The grants have enabled CVRM to replace food service kitchen equipment and offer meals, shelter, showers, clothing, and case management services to those affected by COVID-19. Notably, the Emergency Overnight Annex Shelter Program funded by the City of Indio has allowed CVRM to provide basic necessities of life to those without access to resources. CVRM has partnered with the cities of Palm Desert and Indio, which served as prime grantees for these sub-awards, to deliver these vital services to the local community.
