Selection criteria are weighted equally at ten percent each across ten categories: firm profiles and key personnel qualifications, relevant project experience, design-build project delivery experience, cost estimating and schedule adherence examples, geographic area experience, current workload and resource availability, project delivery process description, and certifications. Required certifications include a surety bond letter from an A.M. Best rated "A" or better company dated within thirty days and written certification that design professionals were selected based on qualifications through a qualifications-based selection process. Submissions must be delivered to Wayne Community College, 3000 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, NC 27534, via UPS/FedEx or in person at the Dogwood Building Cashiers' Office.
