Contractors must register in MissouriBUYS as "Prospective" or "Spend Authorized" to submit proposals and achieve "Approved" status with "Spend Authorized" designation to be eligible for contract award. All proposals must include firm, fixed pricing. The RFP was initially issued September 25, 2026, with three amendments through October 5, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS. A current contract for similar WDS equipment exists under contract number MC250343001.
