Price redeterminations are permitted once annually after the Agreement has been in effect for at least one year, based on documented increases in wages, fuel, or materials costs as determined by the Employment Cost Index or Producer Price Index. Payment terms provide for full payment of undisputed invoices within forty-five business days of receipt via Electronic Funds Transfer. Questions are due October 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. through the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/volusia.
