The scope covers professional vehicle conversion and upfitting services for County cargo and passenger vans used across multiple departments in field operations, inspections, utilities, maintenance, and environmental sampling. Services include vehicle design and layout, interior storage systems, electrical system integration, exterior equipment installations, cargo management systems, safety equipment, and ADA conversions. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required. No price increases are permitted during the initial contract term, and the contractor must guarantee competitive pricing equal to or better than rates provided to other government entities.
