About this opportunity
The State of Alabama Office of the Chief Procurement Officer is soliciting Quick Quote responses for Vantage Software Support - NOC services, with responses due October 6, 2026.
Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through the designated portal. Inquiries must be directed through the Supplier Portal to maintain documentation. By submitting a quote, suppliers affirm compliance with all solicitation terms, certify they have not engaged in collusive bidding, and acknowledge they are not barred from contracting with the State.
The maximum total contract cost is $25,000, including the original agreement and any subsequent renewals. The contract term may be renewed annually by written agreement, with a maximum total time period of five years from the effective date, whichever comes first. Price escalation requests during contract performance may be considered if justified by material, labor, or other cost component increases, provided increases do not exceed 5 percent of annual contract cost and do not cause the total contract cost to exceed $25,000.
Suppliers must comply with Alabama's tax certification requirements under Section 41-4-142 and the Beason-Hammon Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act, including E-Verify enrollment verification for suppliers with employees in Alabama. Foreign entities must register with the Alabama Secretary of State. The contract is governed by Alabama law with sole venue in Montgomery, Alabama, and does not constitute a debt of the State under the Alabama Constitution.
Vendors must accept multiple forms of electronic payment—state-issued credit cards, P-cards, and EFT—at no additional cost to the State. The State reserves the right to conduct cost realism and price reasonableness analysis on all quotes and retains the right to cancel contracts for convenience with reasonable notice. The State is prohibited from indemnifying suppliers under any circumstances.
