About this opportunity
Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is entering into a single-source agreement with Vonage for continued provision of US Mobile Voice MFA services and related support for LoginMN, with a notice-and-objection window closing July 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. This is a sole-source procurement; no competitive solicitation documents are issued.
MNIT states that Vonage is the only vendor that provides the required security protections against fraudulent number usage, offers integration capabilities compatible with MNIT's existing solutions, and supports US Mobile Voice MFA in the five most commonly spoken languages in Minnesota. The State asserts these functionalities are necessary to ensure secure, accessible multifactor authentication for users unable to utilize personal mobile devices for MFA. Vonage retains exclusive ownership, copyrights, and trademark of its proprietary cloud-based communications software and services.
The contract term does not exceed 12 months. Objections to the single-source intent must be submitted to Rebecca Bley at rebecca.bley@state.mn.us prior to July 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time; include the reference number and posting title in the subject line. Contact information: HelpLine at 651.296.2600 or MN Relay Service at 711 or 1.800.627.3529. The full posting description is available through the State of Minnesota Supplier Portal.
