All bid prices must include materials, equipment, tools, labor, management, applicable sales tax, and overhead costs; no additional charges will be reimbursed separately. A bid deposit of five percent of the total bid amount is due by noon on Friday, October 30, 2026, in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, postal money order, or surety bond. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
