Option years for both WIM and AWZSE operations are also available.
The estimated contract value ranges from $10 million to $50 million over a six-year base term, with 100% operating goals funding. The contract is structured as an RFP. Bid documents are available at no cost as of August 3, 2026, through the MTA website (https://new.mta.info/doing-business-with-us/procurement/bridges-and-tunnels).
