Pricing for the bucket is listed as "TBD" in the solicitation; all costs including shop supplies, duties, permits, licenses, insurance, disposal, and transportation must be included in the quoted price. Delivery is required to MnDOT headquarters at 6000 Minnehaha Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55111-4014, with FOB Destination prepaid and added freight terms. The contract runs from August 21, 2026 to January 31, 2027, or upon satisfactory completion of all obligations. The contractor must maintain comprehensive insurance including General Liability or Garage Liability ($2,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 annual aggregate), Workers' Compensation, and Garagekeepers Liability or Property of Others coverage. Questions are due August 17, 2026 to Gregory Schultz at gregory.schultz@state.mn.us or 952-256-3124. Responses remain firm for 180 days.
