Pricing must be fixed with no annual increases permitted except under the Price Adjustment Clause, and must include all delivery, environmental fees, fuel, and energy charges. The contractor must establish a lost or damaged replacement cost per garment and maintain an inventory tracking system with weekly or monthly invoicing options.
The initial contract term runs one year with four optional one-year renewals; each participating governmental unit commits to a minimum 36-month duration from its initial start date. The contract begins November 20, 2026 and ends November 19, 2031. A 1.25% administrative services fee on total quarterly purchases must be remitted to Procurement Services. Questions are due August 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled August 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. Award notification posts November 10, 2026.
