The lowest responsible bidder will be selected based on unit price per wet ton.
The contract term runs from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with potential extension by mutual agreement for up to two additional one-year terms. Unit prices must be firm for Year One; Years Two and Three may be adjusted by no more than the percentage increase in the September Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim area, capped at five percent annually. All bid prices must be all-inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, overhead, profit, transportation, mobilization, insurance, taxes, fees, and fuel, with no separate surcharges permitted unless expressly authorized.
