The project also includes utility adjustments to grade (32 valve covers, 9 manhole rings and covers), monument restoration, and repainting of existing decorative lights.

Work must be completed within 90 working days from Notice to Proceed. Bid security equal to 10 percent of the total bid price is required (cash, certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond). The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Liquidated damages of $5,200 per calendar day apply for delays beyond contract completion. All bids must include the Non-Collusion Declaration, Public Works Contractor Registration Certification, Iran Contracting Act Certification, Fleet Compliance Certification, Contractor Information and Experience Form, and List of Subcontractors Form.
