This procurement is restricted to New York State small businesses certified as Minority or Women Owned Businesses (M/WBE) under Article 15-A or as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) under Article 3 of the New York State Veterans' Services Law — an eligibility gate that eliminates non-certified vendors and non-small-business entities.

NYSIF intends to award a single contract with an estimated value not to exceed $1.5 million under its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law 163(6). The scope is procurement of Secureworks Taegis XDR, an extended detection and response (XDR) platform.

Bidders must monitor NYSIF's Procurement website at www.nysif.com/procurement for amendments, clarifications, and announcements; failure to incorporate applicable amendments into proposals may render proposals non-responsive. All questions must be directed to contracts@nysif.com with "NYSIF 2026-92-IT" in the subject line. Designated procurement contacts are Sara Nikiforov and Angela Sgambelluri at 15 Computer Drive West, Albany, NY 12205. Communications with other NYSIF personnel regarding this procurement may disqualify prospective bidders and adversely affect future procurements with New York State governmental entities under State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k.
