Contractors are responsible for obtaining a Colorado Department of Transportation Special Use Permit for bike rack installations within State Highway 82 right-of-way and must name CDOT as additional insured.
Proposals are limited to 20 pages in 12-point Times New Roman font on 8.5" × 11" paper and must include a statement of qualifications, project approach and schedule, references (local government experience preferred), a completed proposal form acknowledging all addenda, a comprehensive fee schedule covering labor, materials, supplies, permits and services, and a list of subcontractors with qualifications.
