All products must be new, unused, current production models with a minimum two-year warranty covering labor and materials from the invoice date. Vendors must provide initial training for County personnel, ongoing technical support via phone or email, and a service agreement that includes preventive inspections, repairs, replacement parts, and specified turnaround times. Pricing is all-inclusive of shipping and delivery costs; sales tax is added by the County.
