The contract term commences August 1, 2027, for two years with three one-year renewal options exercisable at the City's sole discretion, for a potential total of five years. A performance surety bond of $1 million is required immediately after notice of award. All proposals must remain firm and fixed for 180 calendar days from the solicitation opening date.
Evaluation criteria weight quality of service delivery at 60%, management and staffing at 20%, compliance of services at 10%, and environmental management at 10%.
