The Town anticipates competitive negotiation with the top-ranked fully qualified and responsible offeror. Contract amount is contingent on scope and agreed rates, to be negotiated; monthly invoicing with net 30-day payment terms. Contractors must not have had any contracts terminated for cause within the past three years. Minimum insurance includes Workers' Compensation, Employers' Liability ($100,000/$100,000/$500,000), Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate with Town as additional insured), Commercial Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), and Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions ($1,000,000).
