About this opportunity

Los Angeles County Public Works is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for landscape and grounds maintenance services through a competitive solicitation process (BRC0000478). The procurement aims to establish a qualified contractor list for anticipated landscape and maintenance work, with potential ongoing service requirements. Interested contractors must submit comprehensive qualifications demonstrating their capabilities in landscape maintenance services by Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. An optional proposers' conference will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, via Microsoft Teams Meeting Online Events, where potential bidders can ask questions about specifications, proposal requirements, and contract terms. Written questions must be submitted by Monday, June 2, 2025, to designated contact persons Mr. Danny Medina or Ms. Elizabeth Yetaryan. Proposers are responsible for conducting due diligence and familiarizing themselves with work requirements before submitting their SOQs.

While the solicitation documents do not explicitly mention set-aside designations or specific enterprise restrictions, they do require contractors to complete a Living Wage Exemption Form (Form LW-2) due by Monday, June 2, 2025. The procurement process indicates a comprehensive evaluation of contractor qualifications, though specific scoring criteria are not detailed in the provided information. Contractors interested in responding must access the full Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) through the county's website at http://pw.lacounty.gov/brcd/servicecontracts or contact the specified representatives to obtain complete contract specifications, forms, and submission instructions. The solicitation suggests this is a potential multi-vendor contract with ongoing landscape maintenance service opportunities, though specific contract value or budget ranges are not disclosed in the current document.
