All work is performed at the single site location in Decatur.
The contract period is 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with work conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET. Bids must be submitted as a single firm-fixed fee with no escalation provisions except Agency-approved change orders for unforeseen conditions.
