The scope covers pickup and disposal of two 8-cubic-yard dumpsters for municipal solid waste, one 30-cubic-yard roll-off container for municipal solid waste, and one 4-cubic-yard dumpster for single-stream recycling. Comprehensive insurance is required: Commercial General Liability minimum $1 million per occurrence, Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits Insurance, and Business Automobile Liability Insurance with combined single limit of $1 million. CPI price adjustments may be requested on each anniversary, capped at 5% based on the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region.
