Public Beach Webcam Installation and Live Streaming Services

The City of Lake Worth Beach is requesting proposals from local television stations to purchase, install, configure, and maintain a public-facing webcam system mounted on the Lake Worth Beach Casino Building, with proposals due July 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EDT. The procurement is restricted to local television station vendors.

The selected vendor will provide and maintain the webcam system at no cost to the City — a cost-sharing or in-kind contribution arrangement. The camera will be mounted atop the Casino Building facing Lake Worth Beach Pier and the surrounding beach, providing a continuous live video feed accessible through both the City's website and the vendor's website.

The scope encompasses equipment procurement, installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the webcam system. The vendor must integrate the live feed into both municipal and station-operated web platforms. No estimated contract value or term is specified, as the arrangement is offered at no financial cost to the City.

Questions are due July 6, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. EDT. Hard-copy proposals must be submitted to the City of Lake Worth Beach Financial Services/Procurement Division, 2nd Floor, 7 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth Beach, Florida 33460. No public opening is scheduled. Bid documents are available for download without registration or cost.
