The Township intends to award to multiple firms. There is no minimum guarantee of projects or compensation. The scope encompasses design services for roadway, sidewalk, paving, water main replacement, water infrastructure, geographic information systems, structural, electrical, mechanical, and environmental projects; construction inspection; and construction management services to supplement the Department of Public Works staff. Respondents must submit proof of New Jersey business registration (prior to award), Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Non-Collusion Affidavit, EEO/Affirmative Action compliance documentation, proof of professional licensure, references for similar projects, and certificates of professional liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
