PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES ROSTER FOR PROJECTS OVER - Unlimited Category 2d

The State of Idaho is soliciting architectural and engineering services for a professional services roster covering wastewater collection and treatment engineering projects, with proposals due July 29, 2026.

The roster category is 2d — Wastewater Reclamation and Recovery Facility (WRRF) Regulatory Permit Assistance. Services include permit technical assistance, permit renewals, and preparation of permit-required documents and plans. The category is designated "Unlimited," indicating no upper ceiling on project values or scope within this service line.

This is a roster procurement, meaning Idaho will establish a pool of qualified firms available for task order award on individual projects as they arise, rather than a single fixed contract. Roster-based procurement typically provides flexibility for the state to engage firms on multiple assignments without re-solicitation, and allows responding firms to compete on specific task orders after roster selection.

No estimated total value, contract term, incumbent, evaluation criteria, pre-proposal meeting, or question deadline is identified in the source material. Interested firms should obtain the full solicitation document from the Idaho procurement authority to confirm technical qualifications, insurance and bonding requirements, past-performance criteria, and any state-specific preference or set-aside programs that may apply to the roster selection.
