Any public works installation portion exceeding $25,000 requires 100% performance and payment bonds, prevailing wage compliance in Alameda County, and Department of Industrial Relations registration for all contractors and subcontractors.
Questions are due October 22, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.; Port responses will be provided by October 29, 2026.
