The successful bidder must execute the contract within ten days of award and provide performance and payment bonds for 100 percent of the contract price. Payment is made on 95 percent of monthly estimates with final payment upon completion and acceptance.

Complete plans and specifications are available for inspection at Kimley-Horn and Associates' Charlotte office and the UNC Plan Room, or digitally through AGC Carolinas and construction plan room services.
