The contract term runs from date of award through November 30, 2028, with an option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods by mutual agreement. Contract extension negotiations must occur approximately four months prior to expiration. The Town of Manchester Living Wage Ordinance applies, requiring covered employers with service contracts exceeding $25,000 in any fiscal year to pay eligible employees $18.25 per hour (with comprehensive health benefits) or $26.70 per hour (without benefits).

Contractors must provide certificates of insurance before work begins, including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability ($1 million combined single limit), Automobile Liability ($1 million), and Umbrella/Excess Coverage ($1 million).
