Interviews are tentatively scheduled for September 16, 2026, with consultant selection targeted for November 19, 2026. All proposals must be submitted electronically through WCW's OpenGov Procurement portal and include completed forms covering qualifications, team composition, references, cost proposals, and Levine Act disclosures.
