The scope spans six service categories: Aquatic Systems & Structural Maintenance; Pump, Mechanical, and Plumbing Systems; Electrical & Controls; Filtration & Water Quality Systems; Specialty Aquatic Features; and Pool Chemical Systems. Pricing must be submitted as hourly rates and unit pricing in a detailed Excel spreadsheet.
The contract term is five years: an initial one-year contract with four one-year renewal options. Progress payments are made monthly within 30 days of invoice approval. Evaluation uses weighted scoring: Qualifications and Experience (35%), Project Approach (35%), Key Personnel (15%), and Proposed Cost and Fee Schedule (15%). A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM MST via Microsoft Teams. The deadline for clarifying questions is August 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM MST, with City responses posted by August 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM MST. Evaluation runs August 18 through September 4, 2026.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through BidNet (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/cityofwestminster).
