About this opportunity

This is not a state or local procurement solicitation. The source describes ErythroAGRO's commercial pilot program to onboard MWBE subcontractors into its XyloSHIELD timber-treatment product line, not a government agency issuing an RFP, RFQ, IFB, ITB, or RFI for goods or services.

The document positions XyloSHIELD as a tool that prime contractors and state agencies could use to meet MWBE goals on future projects, but ErythroAGRO is marketing its product and subcontractor network to prospective customers, not responding to or participating in a specific government procurement. No issuing body (state agency, county, city, school district, or authority) has posted a solicitation with a due date. The August 4, 2026 posted date and September 11, 2026 deadline appear to mark ErythroAGRO's own application window for MWBE firms wishing to join its Defender Pack pilot, not a government agency's procurement deadline.

I cannot summarize this as a state or local contract opportunity because it lacks the essential structural elements: a named government buyer, a specific procurement action (RFP, RFQ, IFB, ITB, or RFI), and a public solicitation with stated terms, evaluation criteria, and award intent.

If you have a government procurement notice — such as a New York State Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, or municipal procurement office notice — please share that source instead.
